Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to all services until that date.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following circumstances:
- 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase, provided you have not used more than 2 lessons during this period.
- Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical problems that prevent you from accessing our services and we are unable to resolve them within 48 hours, you may be eligible for a prorated refund.
- Service Unavailability: If we are unable to provide the services you purchased due to circumstances beyond your control, you will receive a full or prorated refund.
- Billing Errors: If you are charged incorrectly due to our error, we will issue a full refund of the incorrect charge.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Lessons that have been completed or attended
- Subscription fees for billing periods that have already commenced
- Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice (these are forfeited according to our cancellation policy)
- Refund requests made more than 14 days after the initial subscription purchase
- Refund requests for subscriptions where more than 2 lessons have been used during the 14-day period
- Any promotional or discounted subscriptions, unless otherwise stated in the promotional terms
5. Lesson Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a lesson without penalty if you provide at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled lesson time. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be forfeited and cannot be refunded. You may reschedule forfeited lessons to a future date within your subscription period, subject to tutor availability.
If your tutor cancels a lesson, you will receive a full credit for that lesson, and we will assist you in booking a replacement session at your convenience.
6. Refund Process

- Date of purchase or subscription start date
- Any relevant documentation or evidence supporting your request

You may upgrade your subscription at any time, and the new rate will apply immediately. The difference will be prorated and charged to your payment method. Downgrades will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refunds are provided for downgrades during an active billing period.
